Lido La Punta takes its name from the tip-shaped stretch of coastline characteristic of Punta Prosciutto. The dunes here are considered the most beautiful in Salento, and the crystal-clear sea is tinged at different times of day with captivating colours, from emerald green to bright blue. The lido offers a snack bar, aperitifs and refreshments of all kinds, and pedal boats are also rented. The sand is the one that characterises the entire beach at Punta Prosciutto: grainy, soft and golden, a real treat for the little ones, busy for much of the day with their buckets and tools making sandcastles, walls, and holes. If you come on holiday to Salento, you must spend at least a day in Punta Prosciutto.
