I was born in this marvellous land called Salento and, thank goodness, I speak and write with full knowledge of the facts, as I know all the beaches here; if we have to talk about the sand, the high dunes and the luxuriant vegetation, a typical feature of the Mediterranean maquis, what can I say... this is the most beautiful place of all.
