The Marina di Andrano falls under the same municipality, we are in the province of Lecce, along the south-eastern side of the Salento, here where the sunrise is explosive in its variety of bright colours and represents each time the hope of a land rich in culture and beauty to offer to the passing visitor. Marina di Andrano covers a stretch of coastline of about 3 kilometres along which we find several places all worthy of a visit, one of which is Marina Torre, characterised by wide cliffs and small inlets full of surprises and small caves waiting to be discovered. At Marina Torre we find the Spiaggia il Fiume (the River Beach), so called because of the presence of numerous freshwater springs in the sea that will accompany your dips and baths in these wonderful waters with an unusual feeling of freshness. The Spiaggia il Fiume beach is quite busy in the height of summer. This stretch of coastline deserves our full attention as the surrounding landscape offers a respectable panorama, immersed in unspoilt nature and with a crystal clear blue sea. For diving enthusiasts, there are several points from which to feel that rush of adrenalin as you dive into the water. However, for those who do not like any kind of acrobatics, access to the sea is comfortably ensured by an artificial platform that allows you to enter the sea in comfort. This place is frequented by families with children and young people in search of relaxation and tranquillity. The water becomes deep after a few strokes and the seabed lends itself willingly to snorkelling enthusiasts discovering the suggestive play of light in the most hidden recesses of this beautiful coastline. Summer is the most beautiful and full of emotions season par excellence, and experiencing it by visiting the Spiaggia il Fiume and Marina di Andrano means stimulating the senses and seeking that well-being which is useful for the body and spirit. Happy holidays from Salento.
