The Santa Maria al Bagno beach is a small stretch of free beach in the centre of the town of the same name, a marina in the municipality of Nardò located on the coast road leading south, a few kilometres from Gallipoli. The Santa Maria al Bagno beach is located right in the main square of this pretty town. The sand is very limited and not very soft, but the sea is an enviable crystal-clear blue, the water remains shallow for long stretches, and the presence of a few rocks scattered around does not hinder a refreshing swim during the summer heat, also in keeping with the invitation in the name of this town. Being right in the centre, it will not be difficult to find a nearby bar for your needs. The beach is frequented in the height of summer especially by local families because of the convenience of being within walking distance.
