We are on the western coast of Salento, and crossing impervious paths that lose themselves in the bristling and capricious cliffs that fall sheer to the sea here we come to the Uluzzo Tower Cave. First of all, let"s explain what Porto Selvaggio means to those who don"t know it: this place manifests in its name all its specificity, a wild and impassable place with rocky inlets and characteristic caves all surrounded by the contagious blue of these very fresh waters; here I used to come here since I was a kid with bikes and mopeds to dive from dizzying heights and the adrenaline that ran through our arteries was at its highest levels, and so years later I still remember those strong emotions.
