Paid blue-bay parking resumed on 20 June 2026. During summer the municipality also runs a free continuous shuttle between Santa Caterina and the Vacanze Serene parking area.
On busy days consider outer parking plus shuttle instead of searching along the seafront.
Rock, level changes and possible closures can create obstacles. We found no certification of universal access into the Stanza.
For reduced mobility, use bathing and seafront points explicitly equipped and verified for accessibility.
Santa Caterina has bars and services in the settlement, but these should not be described as facilities of the historic site itself.
Treat the Stanza as a short cultural stop within a wider Santa Caterina day.
Sea water enters the structure, creating a very different environment from an open beach. We do not publish fixed depth figures because they are unverified and could mislead.

Santa Caterina Harbour is first and foremost a small port facility in the centre of the resort. It is pleasant for a walk and bay views, but should not be presented as a normal bathing beach inside the harbour.
Santa Caterina Tower, also known locally as Scorzone, rises above the pinewood overlooking the resort. local public sources places it about 200 metres from the sea and dates its construction to the late 16th century.
