The Palude del Capitano, called Frascone by the locals because of the large frasche that have developed in this area, includes three small beaches of sand emerged between the rocks... the third small beach going south is the smallest but in my opinion also the most beautiful and suggestive also there are springs of fresh and cold water, in the days of sirocco when the wind is particularly annoying here you are really very good because you are covered by vegetation; going even further south between the rocks rises a natural pool destination of many tourists and locals ... and according to you in this paradise could miss a small island? But of course not ... in fact the islet is just a few strokes from the coast ... the place is magnificent and heavenly moreover it is uncrowded even on hot and sultry August days. At the Li Crussupini kiosk, located nearby, you can find food and drink.
